Who is the most affordable moving company in the area?

Unfortunately, we are not the most affordable moving company in the area, but you get the most bang for your buck. Although our name includes "Budget", we are not cheap. To many, budget means low-package; get what you can afford. If you look at our ratings on Google, we are close to a 5-star rating, with many consistently satisfied customers in the San Antonio area. We may not be the cheapest movers, but we are the top-rated movers in the area, with many referrals for having quality moving services.


What is the most inexpensive way to move?

Usually, the cheapest way to move is to do it yourself or hire a container moving company. Whatever you don't pay to do, you have to do it yourself. Prepare to pack and transport your home while renting suitable transportation for your relocation. If you hire a container moving company, be prepared for longer-than-average delays. While there was a considerable shortage during the Pandemic, it's much different today. There are too many people using containers and a lack of transportation for quick delivery. These containers sit around, waiting for a carrier to take them to their destination. 


What day is the cheapest to hire movers?

The cheapest day of the week to move is usually during the week. Weekend moves are expensive because most labor is on their day off or using PTO time. It takes more effort to find the right moving representatives for our service. We are here to ensure your move goes right, not just complete the relocation and collect the cash. How Far in Advance Should You Book a Moving Company?

You should book your moving company at least 8-12 weeks in advance, especially if you are moving during the busy summer months. This allows you to secure a reputable and reliable mover who can accommodate your needs and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. If you're moving during the off-season, you can book a mover a few weeks ahead, but doing so is still recommended 6-8 weeks in advance. It also gives you time to compare prices between companies and ensure that your chosen one is insured correctly.
